Parents and guardians should teach their children to create bonds of friendship as well as relationships with people who are not similar to them. This creates a safe and secure society for each individual to thrive in. Negative reactions With regard to the fact that the USA had the very first Black President, this out coming triggered racist comments and racist crimes in the USA. This was not a good implication by adults to children who were viewing the whole ordeal. Some parents who are white supremacists tend to focus on telling their children that people who are not like them are not as “important” as them.

With such ideologies, the child tends to pick up negative emotions and perspectives toward people who are not like them while they are growing up. As such, children who are brought up in such environments are the same people who are always propelled to commit hate crimes and engage in hate speech against people who are diverse.
