In United States from early history, different races like Native Americans, Africans and Europeans are considered as people of different races for the past three centuries. The groups were ethnically divided because of ones appearance, social circle or in other terms how one lived and non-white ancestry. The factors played a great role in discrimination at workplace where individuals had to be employed under racial and ethnicity background. History was to be traced back to make sure that one ethnicity and racial background was known to make sure that one race is known and be employed.

Ones the ethnicity was known, it made it difficult possible for those who had slave ancestors regardless either they were from European ancestry or Africans to be discriminated at workplace. The reason for the assimilation of different races in United States like Africans Americans, Asian American among others was immigration which is either concerned with religion, political and economic reasons. Various groups have been denied entry to United States while others have access due to discrimination, economic factors and political conflict from the country of origin.

Others like African American escaped slavery from the country of origin which made the Africans to get access to American others were taken as slaves and these comprised of prisoners of war while others went to look for employment abroad (Michael, 1993). The Asian American in 19th century migrated due to economic problems in their countries, many of Chinese and Japanese were willing to be recruited as laborers and they had to move from their original homeland due to economic problems back at home (Richard, 1980).

Hispanic Americans are Spanish speaking and they are nations of Latin America. Many people migrated from Mexico and they are identified as white though most of them are from Asian ancestry where they had to expand due to population and others for adventure. Different races in
